Kanyakumari, Rameshwaram, and Madurai are attractive destinations in Tamil Nadu where you can explore the beauty of the locations and also get spiritual satisfaction. The most famous Hindu religious temples in India, the Meenakshi Amman Kovil is situated in Madurai and the temple is known as Kumari Amman temple (The Kanyakumari Temple) or the Bhagavathi Amman Kovil is in Kanyakumari. You can enjoy a relaxing trip as well as a religious one.
Arrive at Trivandrum. Our cab driver will pick you up and take you to Kovalam. This is a beach town by the Arabian Sea in Trivandrum, which is the capital city of the god’s own country, Kerala. It’s the only international beach destination in India. Kovalam is famous for its three main beaches:
1. LIGHTHOUSE BEACH
This wonderful beach and its lighthouse is the prime attraction of Kovalam. The beach is locally famous as Vizhinjam beach. Climb the top of the lighthouse to get a spectacular view of the coast and surrounding places. This is a busy beach with a lot of tourists coming every day to embrace the beauty of the sea.
2. HAWAH BEACH
Hawah beach is next to the Lighthouse beach where you can enjoy fresh seafood, a long boat ride, and surfing.
3. SAMUDRA BEACH
This is the less crowded beach in Kovalam. Being far from the city life the beach has maintained its authentic beauty. This is the most romantic beach for its isolated calm attractiveness.

Next day in Kovalam after breakfast our cab driver will ride to you towards Poovar island which is an excellent getaway, where you can explore the beauty of nature, beaches & backwater. It is a great place where the lake, river, and sea meet with endless golden sand beaches.
You can reach this wonderful island by boat. The island has resorts that are floating in the water. Poovar is famous as a major timber, sandalwood and ivory trading place. Also, Poovar is famous for backwater boating.
You can also visit the famous Padmanabhaswamy temple once you’re back in Kovalam. And, check in to your resort for overnight stay.
After breakfast, you’ll depart to Kanyakumari which is a coastal town in Tamil Nadu near the Kerala border, with a lot of tourist attractions. The main attraction in Kanyakumari is the beach and the view of sunrise and sunset. This beach is pretty dangerous for swimming due to its rocky surface. Kanyakumari beach has a point where the three seas- the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and the Indian Ocean meets together. This spot is called Triveni Sangam and it is considered sacred by the native people.
Apart from the beach, you can visit the Vivekananda rock memorial, Thiruvalluvar statue, Gandhi Mandapam, Our Lady of Ransom Church, Wax Museum, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Thanumalayan Temple, and so on. After the day’s excursion check in to your resort/hotel for the night stay.
After breakfast, you’ll depart to Rameshwaram which is a sacred town in Tamil Nadu. It is an island city in the middle of India and Sri Lanka that holds famous Hindu temples. This is an ideal place for those who seek spirituality and peace. The main attractions in this pilgrimage destinations is Sri Ramanathaswamy temple, Kothandaramaswamy temple, The five faced Hanuman temple, Ariyaman beach, Dhanushkodi beach, water bird sanctuary, Pamban bridge (Annai Indira Gandhi Road Bridge), etc.
It is believed that taking a bath in Agni Theertham, relives one from all the sins. The Adam’s bridge, or Rama Sethu as it’s locally called, is an epic bridge that connects Rameshwaram to Sri Lanka’s coast.
On the last day of your trip after breakfast, you’ll depart to Madurai an ancient city in the banks of the River Vaigai. Being mainly a Hindu pilgrimage center, the temples made in Dravidian architecture are the major attractions here. The huge stunning Meenakshi Temple got tagged as one of the seven wonders in India. Alagar Koil is another beautiful temple in Madurai. Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal, Vaigai Dam, Koodal Azhagar Temple, Gandhi Museum, Mariamman Teppakulam, Pazhamudhir Solai, etc. are the other attractions near Madurai. After the day’s visit, our cab driver will drop you at the Madurai International Airport or railway station according to guest departure timing.
